Essential Criteria: The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:

Professional Qualification:Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
Industry Experience:A minimum of three years of relevant industry experience.
Technical Proficiency:Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite applications.
Industry Advantage:Experience within the motor or aviation industry is highly desirable.
Commercial Acumen:Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business drivers.
Negotiation Skills:Proven ability to negotiate effectively and achieve favourable outcomes.
Communication Skills:Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
