Researcher (Data) – Global Events – Up to £40k + 20% bonus, hybrid working (2 days in office per week).

Our client, a well-respected global data publisher, is looking for an experienced Researcher to join their friendly team.

Our client is experiencing rapid growth, it’s a lovely team with extensive benefits including hybrid working with 2-3 days in their London office per week. Within this role, you will lead the research and build out a comprehensive database for digital infrastructure, using publicly available information. You will also use web scraping tools to automate some aspects of data collection and validation, contact companies directly, analyze the internal library, and continually optimize the data extraction process to improve speed and efficiency.

What do I need?

1. Experience in market research, ideally with a focus on digital infrastructure.
2. Familiarity with off-the-shelf web scraping tools (e.g., browse.ai, Magical) and skilled.
3. Capable of working independently as well as collaborating with teams to ensure timely and successful project completion.
4. Fast learner, detail-oriented, and results-oriented.
5. Organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills in English.
6. Proficiency in web scraping tools and Excel.
