Social Media & Community Manager (Innovation focus)

We’re Hiring: Social Media & Community Manager

Full-Time | Remote | Start asap | Innovation-Focused | Purpose-Driven

What You’ll Do:

  • Create & Curate engaging content—including Reels/TikToks—bringing innovation stories to life in a way that sparks attention and action.
  • Spot Trends & Identify Key Players—stay ahead of what’s happening on TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn, and bring fresh, relevant ideas into our strategy.
  • Engage & Grow our community—actively participate in conversations, build relationships, and create meaningful dialogue across social and inside the INSPIRED platform.
  • Find aligned creators, companies, and partners—and bring forward opportunities for collaboration.
  • Work with our Head of Marketing to develop and execute social media strategy.
  • Collaborate with our content creator to deliver highly relevant content that performs.
  • Brief designers and editors or, ideally, create visual content yourself.
  • Track, Analyze & Optimize—understand what works, iterate fast, and scale results.
  • Priorities April–May: Your main focus will be social media strategy, building out content pillars and a strong, forward-looking content plan across Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Priorities from late May onward: The priority will shift toward community engagement—both on the INSPIRED platform and across social—and building partnerships with creators, aligned brands, and innovation-focused businesses.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years professional experience managing social media accounts.
  • Proven ability to create engaging Reels and TikToks.
  • Advanced or native English, with strong writing and communication skills.
  • A genuine, demonstrated passion for innovation and sustainability.
  • Strong interpersonal skills—you know how to build trust with our audience, community, and potential collaborators.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and agile—ready to jump in, figure things out, and move fast.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented—you track performance and use insights to grow.
  • Experience in startup or fast-paced environments.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Graphic design and/or video editing skills (huge bonus!).
  • Experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or creator collaborations.
  • Community management background, especially in innovation, sustainability, or tech ecosystems.

  • Proof of social growth —metrics, screenshots, or results from accounts you’ve managed (followers, engagement, reach, etc.)
  • Explain why and how you believe you can contribute to INSPIRED’s success. If possible, please showcase your response visually to reflect your creative and social media skills—this could be a mock post, short video, graphic, or anything that brings your thinking to life.
