Senior Care Assistant (nights)

Hourly rate: £13.71 per hour (plus £2 p/h extra for overtime!)
Contract: Permanent (Nights)
Qualifications: Health and social care qualification – Adult Social Care Level 3
At Holly Lodge, we’re searching for an experienced Senior Care Assistant to help guide our incredible night care team and support our residents in living happy, healthy and independent lives. If you’ve got experience in care and have previously helped to supervise a team, this could be the perfect role for you. You’ll also need a Health and Social Care qualification (Level 3) so if you’re caring, organised and ready to step into a senior role at Mariposa Care, we’d love to hear from you!
As a Senior Carer, you’ll combine hands-on care with team leader duties. It’s all about ensuring that every resident receives the very best care while mentoring and supporting your colleagues to be their best. Here’s a flavour of what you’ll be doing:
This role is a mix of hands-on care and supervisory responsibilities, so you’ll need to feel comfortable juggling responsibilities while always keeping our residents’ happiness and wellbeing at the heart of what you do.
If you’re offered a role with us, it will be conditional on some standard checks, like references and a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. We also need you to have good English and numeracy skills, plus a passion for caring and helping our residents to thrive.
