We are looking for a Senior Care Assistant with experience in care homes, adult health, social care, or community settings. Evidence of professional development in dementia care is essential. You will inspire care teams to provide compassionate, high-quality support tailored to each resident’s needs. You will create personalised care plans, promote health and well-being, and ensure that the preferences and choices of residents are central to their care.
Working 36 hours per week, our day shifts run from 8:00am to 8:00pm, including weekends and bank holidays.

Key responsibilities of the role:
You will hold a Level 3 Diploma in Adult Social Care or equivalent and will be willing to work towards a Level 3 Team Leader / Supervisory Apprenticeship Standard. An enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.
