Are you an ambitious CDM professional looking for an opportunity to shape the future of a growing team? We are expanding in Manchester, and we’re looking for a talented individual to be our first CDM team member in the region!

The Role:

As an Intermediate CDM, you’ll play a key role in supporting our well-established Building Surveying and Project Management team, ensuring compliance with CDM regulations across a range of projects. You’ll be involved in health and safety, risk management, and client advisory services across our key sectors.

Construction Design Manager Requirements:

• Experience in the construction industry
• Relevant qualifications and professional body membership (CIOB, IOSH, APS, etc.)
• A team player who is keen to develop and progress
• Comfortable with a hybrid working model (3 days in the office)
• Willing to travel regularly to our Birmingham office
• Based within commutable distance of Manchester and Birmingham
