M&E Design Manager

There is a variety of work which requires you to mix your duties depending on the needs of a project.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Full responsibility for M&E design team and design function
• Technical ownership of design output, management of design process and sub consultant management
• Working alongside pre-construction and operations managers
• Involved in tender management and bid process

You will have:

• Strong technical building services background
• Ambitious character and good communicator
• Strong personality who can build on existing client relationships

Projects:

• Wide ranging schemes including MOD, MOJ, commercial developments, blue light services, infrastructure and transportation.

Company:

• Strong M&E contracting organisation with design, contracting and maintenance division
• Medium sized business who have strong clients including household names Ocado and BAE.
• 3 offices nationwide well placed to support the UK as a whole.
