Job Description:

We're looking for a Senior PR and Communications Executive to join us on a 12 month FTC to support our PR & Talent Manager on leading and overseeing the Global PR & Communications strategy, in the UK, US & EU. This is a rare opportunity to join the boohooMAN team based in London!

What you'll be doing

• Support the PR & Talent Manager on all global press and collaborations – maintaining brand image and driving positive exposure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and enhance positive public perception
• Global PR strategy ideation and development
• Support on Global VIP events and Press brand activations, including trips, product launches, and collaborations; managing guest lists, RSVPs, and event logistics.
• Monitor, analyse and evolve media coverage and positive brand sentiment
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to inform strategic decision-making and innovative ideas
• Lead on weekly marketing calls from a PR perspective, representing your team
• Weekly/monthly reporting and tracking
• Budget management, including raising, negotiating and tracking payments
• Be the main point of contact for all external press agencies
• Compile all boohooMAN press releases and manage press outreach – product placement, pitching and relationship development
• Lead with weekly press mailers and gallery pitching
• Develop, manage and maintain Press/Influencer + VIP relationships and gifting
• Support the PR & Talent Manager on VIP talent partnerships and collaborations.

More about you

• Previous experience in a Senior/Executive PR level role in the fashion industry
• Demonstrate a strong interest and experience in online fashion retail, ideally in the fast fashion sector.
• Confident in leading and presenting calls, both internal and external.
• Able to travel and work at a fast pace.
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Creative thinker with a passion for fashion, trends, and storytelling.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities
• Creativity and commercial awareness
• Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office package
