Job description

Palta is a multi-product tech platform developing several mobile apps focused on health and well-being with a combined audience of more than 60 million monthly active users. Our portfolio includes such successful companies as Flo (global leader in female health), Simple (a nutrition and wellness app with over 15m downloads), Zing (personal fitness trainer), and more.
The rapid portfolio growth was fueled by the recently raised $100 million Series B round led by VNV Global, and the group’s revenue is currently sustainably growing 50% YoY.

We’re looking for a Senior CRM Manager with a strong product mindset to join our team, focusing on CRM-driven retention metrics. This role offers a unique opportunity to balance technical proficiency, operational excellence, and strategic leadership to drive revenue growth. You'll play a key role in implementing CRM-driven product strategies and experiments.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and execute projects within the CRM team, and support different teams by designing and implementing CRM-driven workflows and strategies;

  • Collaborate with other teams to integrate CRM mechanics into broader business goals, focusing on experiment support;

  • Design and optimize lifecycle journeys with a focus on acquisition, conversion, and win-back strategies across both CRM and Growth experiments;

  • Oversee technical implementation of campaigns, ensuring deliverability and troubleshooting any issues in collaboration with engineering and the Growth team;

  • Develop innovative segmentation, communication strategies, and A/B testing frameworks, continuously experimenting and analyzing data to drive growth;

  • Serve as the key CRM representative for the Growth team, ensuring alignment between CRM and Growth initiatives;

  • Build, optimize, and scale customer segmentation and communication strategies tailored to support Growth experiments;

  • Monitor and analyze key CRM performance metrics, preparing detailed reports and providing actionable insights for both CRM and Growth outcomes;

  • Maintain a hands-on approach to CRM operations, managing high volumes of campaigns and ensuring seamless execution across cross-functional teams;

  • Proactively bring new ideas to improve processes, enhance user experiences, and maximize monetization outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of CRM experience, ideally in high-growth mobile B2C environments with a strong focus on growth experiments;

  • Proven expertise in customer lifecycle management, segmentation, and driving measurable revenue growth via CRM initiatives;

  • Strong technical CRM skills, including automation, deliverability, and troubleshooting (Braze experience is a plus);

  • Proficiency in analytical platforms with a data-driven approach to experiment tracking and performance analysis;

  • Hands-on experience in managing high-volume communications with precision and attention to detail;

  • Comfortable working in cross-functional environments, particularly with Growth teams, developers, and other stakeholders;

  • Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently;

  • Results-oriented with a passion for experimentation and continuous improvement;

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in cross-functional team settings.
