Job description
A leading UK retailer undergoing a major data-driven transformation is looking for a Senior CRM Manager to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
THE ROLE:
As Senior CRM Manager, you will:
- Lead a team of three to develop and execute CRM strategies.
- Drive customer retention, loyalty, and in-store visits.
- Own customer lifecycle value and performance tracking.
- Work cross-functionally to align CRM with commercial objectives.
- Relaunch and refine the company’s loyalty programme.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
The Senior CRM Manager will ideally have the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience leading CRM teams and driving commercial success.
- Strong expertise in personalisation and customer loyalty programmes.
- Retail experience is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with Braze is a bonus, other ESP/CRM Platform if not.
