An established industry player is seeking a Senior CRM Manager to lead CRM transformations in the beauty sector. This role involves adapting global CRM strategies to the UK market, collaborating with local brands, and driving consumer satisfaction through personalized journeys. The ideal candidate will have advanced experience in CRM tools and data analytics, ensuring effective communication across global teams. Hybrid Working - 3 days in central London / 2 days remote
New Role is due to Company Growth
- Working across our portfolio of brands, with a particular focus on Skincare, Wellness and Fragrance.
- Implementing strategies, analysing results, and driving adjustments in collaboration with global brands and CRM teams.
- Leading local teams (retail, e-commerce, etc.) through the CRM transformation.
- Adapt global Brands CRM strategies to the UK market, ensuring adherence to Brand & Global CRM guidelines.
- Design, implement and execute strategies in collaboration with local brands and retail teams.
- Establish local CRM objectives (actionable database, increase consumer value & satisfaction, develop personalized journeys).
- Manage all CRM communications with Global and Regional teams.
- Existing & Advanced professional experience in CRM implementation and CRM tools (Clienteling, dashboards…)
- Industry experience in data-analytics and capabilities to generate insights and action plan.
