About the role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive, or SDR/BDR looking to take the next step, to join our team in London. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and maintaining strong relationships with clients across London and the UK. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. A strong preference is given to candidates with a proven track record in outbound sales.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic outbound sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand Supy’s customer base across London and the UK.
  • Proactively identify and engage with potential clients through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
  • Handle inbound sales inquiries, qualify leads, and convert them into new business opportunities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with our services.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager and other team members to develop tailored solutions for clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager.

You will be a great fit with:

  • Experience in hospitality tech, ERP, and/or F&B industry knowledge.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Customer satisfaction-oriented mindset.
  • A self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented vision.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot and G Suite.
