Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Operations Manager to optimize and streamline our revenue processes. While the role is focused on Sales Operations, you will be involved in the entire revenue cycle, ensuring alignment between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. Your focus will be on creating scalable strategies, improving operational efficiency, and driving data-informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Oversee and optimize data collection, reporting, and analytics related to sales performance, pipeline management, and revenue forecasts.
  • Process Optimisation: Identify operational gaps, design end-to-end solutions, and automate workflows to ensure efficiency across the entire revenue lifecycle.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to streamline handoffs, improve lead flow, and accelerate deal cycles.
  • Technology Management: Evaluate, manage, and optimize tech stack tools (CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms) to ensure data accuracy, productivity, and best-in-class adoption across the organization.
  • Forecasting & Budgeting: Partner with Finance to create accurate revenue forecasts and track spend against budgets.
  • Performance Management: Establish and refine KPIs, build dashboards, and provide regular performance updates to leadership.
  • Team Leadership: Provide mentorship and develop a high-performing revenue operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role, with a track record of improving revenue processes.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot ideal), marketing automation tools, and business intelligence software.
  • Data Management: Proven experience in managing and manipulating complex datasets, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Analytical Skills: Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights, coupled with experience in complex forecasting models.
  • Leadership Abilities: Excellent communication, collaboration, and team-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional projects from conception through completion.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in fast-growing SaaS or technology sectors.
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Certification in Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
