At Parcel Perform, we strive to exceed customer expectations by deeply understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Solution Consultant to join our Sales team and focus on United Kingdom & Ireland markets.

In this pivotal role, you will analyze our enterprise customers’ challenges and collaborate with our product, sales, and customer success teams to craft and implement impactful solutions.

This position offers flexibility as a 100% remote role based either in the United Kingdom or Ireland.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead technical pre-sales exercises with enterprise customers during the sales process, providing solutions assurance, ensuring our proposals meet our customer’s business requirements and align with our technology strategy & standards.
  • Prepare RFP responses and support our sales teams in product demonstrations and sales pitches.
  • Lead design of creative solutions from conception to delivery, shaping our customers’ thinking.
  • Supporting Parcel Perform’s goals and objectives such as those related to sales, productivity, profitability and industry penetration.
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of Parcel Perform’s products and solutions to demonstrate the value of our offerings.
  • Provide technical solution insights to existing & new customers on Parcel Perform’s Solutions and Offerings
  • Work as a part of our global team to build and enhance product and technical knowledge by sharing customer insights and solutions across different teams.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 3–5 years in engineering/solutions architecture, pre-sales, or business analysis roles, with a demonstrated interest in technical pre-sales that combines customer-facing, commercial, and technical skills.
  • Prior relevant experience working with SaaS platforms within the ecommerce/logistics industry will be highly valued.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels.
  • Hands-on experience working with APIs, strong technical understanding, and a commitment to continuous learning and skill development.
  • Outstanding fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities, capable of working independently and collaboratively in an international work environment.
