The Role

As a Solutions Consultant in the UAE, you’ll be a foundational member of our presence in the region—partnering with a diverse and growing client base across the Middle East. You’ll lead and execute end-to-end implementation projects to onboard new clients onto the Addepar platform, including RIAs, Family Offices, and Private Banks.

You’ll play a key role in helping clients unlock the full potential of their data, designing scalable solutions tailored to their needs. You’ll also act as a bridge between our global teams and new regional clients, combining your deep understanding of finance and technology with a passion for problem-solving and relationship-building.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and complete implementation projects onboarding new clients to the Addepar platform
• Assess and own the success of add-on projects and partner delivery assurance
• Demonstrate technical and industry expertise to transition clients and their data onto Addepar
• Set, manage, and communicate expectations clearly across internal and external stakeholders
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful outcomes from start to finish
• Contribute to the development of scalable tools and processes as we expand
• Become a subject matter expert on the Addepar platform and its application in the region

Who You Are

• 4+ years of professional experience in financial services, consulting, or a related field
• Previous client-facing experience, particularly in implementation or solution design
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• Independent, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Passionate about both finance and technology
• Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating with global teams
• Experience with scripting/programming (especially Python) is a plus
• Willingness to travel occasionally within the region and globally
