Job description
Mortgage, Protection and Equity Release Adviser
Scope:
- Providing mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients
- Adhere to all compliance and regulatory requirements
- Actively seek new opportunities and generate new business
- Maintain required continuing professional development
- Work from home/remotely whilst enjoying the independence of being self-employed
- Flexible working to suit your needs
- No targets
- Some leads provided
- Competitive commission split
- The option to write your own mortgage and/or protection or refer to our in-house specialists
- Ongoing personal and business development
- Use of the Acre end-to-end mortgage and protection platform
Experience/ Skills required:
- CeMAP qualified (or industry equivalent)
- CAS preferred but not essential
- Whole of market experience preferred but not essential
- A demonstrable understanding of the mortgage market
- Outstanding customer care/customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritise workload
