What you'll do

In this role you will be pivotal in driving sales and trading performance with the channel leads to optimize AOV and revenue opportunities & ultimately drive the business forward.

  1. Key point of contact for VBSE sales segment whilst also supporting Key Accounts channels
  2. Sets annual targets for key metrics and leads the negotiations to influence the channel leads
  3. Drive the business planning activities for annual and long range plans, forecasting, performance reviews
  4. Programme lead for sales team on NPS, product lifecycle mgt, price rises etc. ensuring accurate and timely inputs. Reducing sales admin and driving transformation
  5. Create data led business insights for proactive business assessment and sales intervention using power BI tools utilising data/commercial teams as required
  6. Ensure accurate reporting on Sales 360 activities along with sales charter to drive adherence to targets

Who you are

  1. A strong background in a Business operations, Sales Operations or Commercial / Finance business partnering role
  2. Ability to understand and interpret complex, unstructured and conflicting data and convert to actionable insight for Sales Leaders
  3. Simple, clear and effective communicator at all levels up to Director level
  4. Extensive knowledge of MS suite, Salesforce.com, Power BI and Qlik sense or equivalent
