Salary: £35,100 - £40,000 + London Weighting (£5,319), depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.
Location: Office Base is London, Television Centre. This is a hybrid role and the successful candidate will balance office working with home working.

ABOUT OUR ADVERTISING PRODUCT TEAM
The Advertising Product team sits within the Digital News and Streaming group and has ownership of all ad product decisions; sitting across formats, audience segmentation, demand partnerships and the technology needed to deliver ads effectively and efficiently. The team works closely with our UX, design, content and commercial teams as well as technical delivery units to ensure we have best in class, premium ad products delivering for our customers across the Globe. This is an exciting opportunity to join a skilled and growing team that is delivering premium ad experiences for our users whilst aiding the delivery of revenue growth to our overall business.

THE ROLE
Responsibilities

1. Verifying functional and non-functional requirements for features developed under Ad product team.
2. Key member of Product Testing Team (PTT) to ensure end to end execution of new ad technology.
3. End-to-end testing of ad sales deals and provide testing support to Ad operations.
4. Work with various cross-functional teams including ad technology (reporting line), ad operations, product management, inventory management and other technical delivery teams to ensure smooth execution.
5. Collaborate across the organization to ensure adequate and appropriate test coverage.
6. Contribute to technical documentation - interpreting, executing and recording test cases.
7. Analysing and documenting test activities and results.
8. Identifying and reporting issues and risks to relevant parties.
9. Help to troubleshoot and resolve issues throughout the product life cycle - identifying and reporting issues and risks to relevant parties.
10. Aligning with and supporting the test process to ensure its consistent application across teams.
11. Keeping up to date with new relevant technologies, industry best practice and applying these to the job.
12. Learn and use the team's agile planning and delivery process.
13. Learn and participate in the team's software development methodologies such as documentation reviewing and continuous delivery.
