Base pay range

Pulse Recruit is supporting a leading institution to recruit an experienced Tester to join their growing ICT team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for our CRM and ERP systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand application functionalities.
• Identify, report, and track defects using appropriate tools, ensuring a clear path to resolution.
• Implement and maintain automated test environments and frameworks.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in both Automation and Manual Testing, particularly with CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle) products.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, LoadRunner).
• Experience with scripting and programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
