Requirements
As a QA Tester within our Site Reliability Team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the quality and reliability of our SaaS platform. You will work closely with our development and operations teams to ensure that our applications and infrastructure meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Your expertise in transfer agency and financial services, combined with your technical skills, will be vital in ensuring our platform remains robust and reliable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Site Reliability Team to design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for our SaaS platform
• Conduct functional, integration, and performance testing to ensure the reliability and scalability of our applications
• Identify, document, and track defects and work with developers to resolve issues
• Leverage your knowledge of transfer agency and financial services to ensure our platform meets industry standards and client expectations
• Develop and execute automated tests
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and reliability
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance the quality and efficiency of our testing efforts
• Monitor and analyze test results, and provide insights and recommendations for improvements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a QA Tester, preferably within a Site Reliability or DevOps team
• Strong understanding of transfer agency and financial services operations
• Experience with SaaS platforms and cloud technologies, particularly AWS
• Proficiency in programming and scripting languages
• Familiarity with data lakehouse architectures and data management practices
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality software

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in performance testing and monitoring tools
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Certifications in relevant QA methodologies
