Contracts - Associate Director - Heading up the Contract division within Propel

I'm looking for a seasoned Software Engineering Leader with extensive experience architecting and delivering cloud-native solutions on AWS.

My non-profit client is looking to hire a Software Engineering Leader with Python/Django joining their small team based in Central London.

Role requirements:

• 5+ years of software development experience, including Python, Django & AWS with an Architectural perspective.
• Experience of prioritising Security due to the nature of the data you will work with.
• Strong leadership and technical decision-making skills.
• Experience modernizing legacy systems and working with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical strategy across multiple projects, ensuring scalable, secure architectures.
• Develop backend infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines using Python, Django, and AWS.
• Provide expert technical guidance to clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor and support a team of developers.
