Backend Developer x4 | Permanent | Up to £80,000 Per Annum | London (Remote)
Peaple Talent have partnered exclusively with a brilliant client in London looking to recruit 4 x Back-End Developers.
Role Summary:
You will collaborate within a compact internal team focused on business systems to enhance our client’s worldwide efficiency. This focus will be around ERP, eCommerce, CRM and BI. You will be tasked with designing, building, and validating crucial process enhancements and integrations with core platforms like ERP, along with related applications.
Employ an agile methodology, delivering backlog items in two-week sprints to achieve incremental consistent values for the business, working closely with other teams in a collaborative environment.
You will contribute to shaping our client’s digital strategy by promoting integrated information systems, thereby streamlining decision-making and improving customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement software solutions that meet predefined business objectives.
- Adhere to the agile sprint framework, with task prioritization determined by the Projects team.
- Act as the IT representative in project development meetings, assuming responsibility for assigned deliverables.
- Partner with various departments to design, test and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain a proactive and innovative approach to automation, seeking to resolve issues and inspire colleagues to recognize the value of implemented solutions.
Key Experience Required:
- Demonstrated expertise in developing enterprise-level software and managing the software development lifecycle.
- Extensive proficiency in Python, including building applications with Flask and creating RESTful APIs.
- Solid experience with Microsoft Azure Integration Services, encompassing Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of system architecture, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, Git version control, and established software engineering standards.
- Ability to optimize performance, diagnose and resolve software defects, and implement secure coding practices.
- Results-driven, with the capacity to meet strict deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Ideally, familiarity with workflow management tools like Airflow, SQL database management, Linux command-line interface, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, and Power Apps.
The Package:
- Basic annual salary up to £80,000 per annum.
