We are working with a global name in Life Sciences and Healthcare who are seeking a Senior Python Engineer to come onboard and work for one of their subsidiary businesses that specialize in using the latest innovations in Python, AI, and ML, to speed up the drug discovery phases.

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer (Python / Django / React) with 5+ years of experience to join their growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment and love building scalable, high-performance applications, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Python, Django, and modern front-end frameworks (React, React Native, or similar).
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend architectures.
• Implement and maintain DevOps practices, working with tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to bring ideas to life.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Develop with Node.js for backend services where needed.
• Implement best practices for CI/CD, testing, and automation.

What We’re Looking For

• Comp Sci or STEM Degree from a Top Russell group University
• 3-5 years of experience in full-stack development, with a focus on Python and Django.
• Strong experience with React or React Native for building dynamic, responsive front-end applications.
• Proficiency in SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and ORMs.
• Experience with DevOps practices and familiarity with tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Experience in API development and integrating third-party APIs.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
