This is an excellent opportunity for a high-calibre, backend-focused Python Developer to join an exciting climate tech start-up, working on a fully-remote basis to develop a SaaS platform.

What will I be doing?
As a Python Developer, you will help define and shape new product features, using your skills in Python and Postgres to develop, test and release new functionality. The current tech stack comprises:

Backend: Python exposing REST and GraphQL APIs

The Python Developer will be joining a company dedicated to fostering diversity and nurturing talent. Following a highly successful, over-subscribed funding round, my client has partnered with leading power exchange and grid operators, and their SaaS platform provides portfolio management solutions to electricity companies and suppliers, to help the electricity system transition towards 24/7 clean energy.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Existing commercial experience as a Software Developer, with a back end focus
• Strong knowledge of Python
• Any experience of working in start-ups and/or in a remote setting would be advantageous
