Reporting directly to the Director of Recruitment & Admissions (MBA Suite), you’ll be a key figure in driving excellence and diversity in student recruitment and admissions for the Global and Executive MBA programmes. What you would be doing

As Head of Recruitment & Admissions, you will:

• Develop and implement recruitment and admissions strategies for the Global and Executive MBA programmes.
• Be directly responsible for achieving quality and quantity targets, ensuring the programmes meet their student number and diversity goals.
• Lead a team of managers to ensure a seamless candidate journey from pre-application through to enrolment.
• Collaborate with senior internal stakeholders and global partners to optimise pipelines and meet quality, diversity, and volume targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders across the Business School, the College, and external organisations.
• Analyse trends and performance to enhance decision-making and ensure alignment with the Business School’s strategic goals.
• Represent the Business School at domestic and international recruitment events, including occasional evening and weekend activities throughout the year.
• Travel as needed to support recruitment, relationship-building and student engagement activities globally.

What we are looking for

We’re looking for someone who can lead with purpose and collaborate with impact. You should have:

• Proven experience in recruitment and/or admissions within higher education, ideally at MBA level.
• A strong track record in team leadership, operational excellence, and delivering outstanding candidate experiences.
• Exceptional communication, data analysis and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
• Experience in international student markets, selection processes, and diversity-driven recruitment.
• A proactive and strategic mindset with the ability to manage change and motivate teams.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally and work flexibly around key recruitment events.

This is a full-time, open-ended position based at our South Kensington Campus, with hybrid work arrangements available.
