Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Housebuilder

£30,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join one of the most reputable, fast-growing, and family-run contractors in the area. About You

1. A few years of post-degree experience in Quantity Surveying (preferably within the housebuilding sector).
2. Personable, dedicated, and able to work well in a small, close-knit team.
3. A full UK driving license is essential.
4. Strong communication and IT skills.
5. Ability to manage workload and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
6. Keen to learn and develop within the industry.
