Senior & Assistant Quantity Surveyors

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Senior & Assistant Quantity Surveyors located in Old Knebworth. The Quantity Surveyors will be responsible for cost control, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. Day-to-day tasks include managing project costs, liaising with project managers and clients, and ensuring projects are completed within budget and to the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Old Knebworth
• Previous experience in both commercial and residential projects is an advantage
