Sous Chef – Design Museum – £18.20 per hour
Location: Near Kensington, London
Shifts: 5 days out of 7

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at a venue near Kensington. This is a great opportunity for a skilled chef to step into a leadership role, working closely with the Head Chef in a fast-paced and creative kitchen.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
  • Lead the team during service, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Contribute to menu development, bringing fresh and seasonal ideas
  • Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior chefs

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef, or strong Junior Sous ready to step up
  • Ability to manage a team and run a busy service
  • Passion for cooking with fresh ingredients
  • Strong knowledge of stock control and ordering
  • A positive team player with a genuine love for hospitality
