Job Overview

The Supply Chain Coordinator at Langdon will play a crucial role in managing the flow of goods and information throughout our operations in London. This position involves coordinating logistics, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring that all aspects of the supply chain align with our commitment to quality and reliability. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end supply chain processes, including sourcing and logistics.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality ingredients to meet the needs of manufacturing partners.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and oversee contract negotiations and compliance.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimise stock management.
• Collaborate with food technicians and product development teams to understand ingredient requirements and availability.
• Utilise data analysis to forecast demand trends and improve order accuracy.
• Assist in quality control processes to ensure all incoming and outgoing products meet our stringent standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall supply chain efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Food Science, or a related field.
• Prior experience in supply chain coordination or logistics, preferably within the food industry.
• Knowledge of inventory management practices and supply chain optimisation techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Familiarity with international sourcing and import/export regulations is a plus.
