Supply Chain Coordinator

Working closely in partnership with a medium sized, growing pharmaceutical business, we are looking to identify their next Supply Chain Coordinator.

This business has an established European presence across several countries and has a track record and reputation of commercialising products in a range of complex markets and across different therapeutic areas.

Given that the supply chain team is still relatively small, the position of Supply Chain Coordinator will take on a varied role with an increasing scope for development as time passes.

The supply chain focus will be on process and transportation, not product. Therefore, working closely with CMOs, distributors and transportation partners, this position will be accountable for overseeing the smooth running of the supply process. This includes assessing, reporting on and addressing international stock and inventory levels.

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to key business supply chain sessions.

Key experience:

1. Previous supply chain experience in a similar capacity, focused on process and transportation
2. Whilst pharmaceutical experience would be a nice to have, there is flexibility and a number of other industries would be considered (e.g. food)
3. Import and export knowledge and experience would be a strong advantage
4. Previous experience with inventory and stock reporting
5. Capability (and ideally experience) in vendor review and selection
6. Proficiency in MS Excel (V Lookups, Pivot Tables etc.)
