Job description

OMNES is a modern, sustainable and cost-conscious women’s fashion brand, designing ethically crafted clothing. OMNES means ‘all’, a reflection of the fact that we all need to work together to change the way we shop, wear and think about fashion. OMNES focuses on timeless designs with playful pops of print and colour and a considered approach to how their pieces fit bodies of all shapes and sizes. OMNES was founded in London in 2021 to address the gap in access to better wardrobe choices and create a brand that would speak to this unmet need.

The fashion industry is one of the world’s most prolific polluters, with millions of tonnes of textiles ending up in landfill every year, and global supply chain workers being underpaid and exploited. The detrimental impact is vast, and improving the ways it operates could make a truly positive difference to the future of our planet and global community. OMNES strives to act as a responsible global citizen, treating the Earth with respect, and aiming to contribute to its repair.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

OMNES is seeking an experienced and driven Store Manager to lead our retail operations at Spitalfields in London. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store’s daily operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and aligning the in-store environment with OMNES’s sustainability and ethical values. This role requires strong leadership, a focus on achieving sales targets, and the ability to inspire and manage the store team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring it runs efficiently and meets all company standards.
  2. Sales Performance: Drive sales performance, ensuring that targets are met and exceeded through excellent customer service and effective merchandising.
  3. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage the store team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  4. Customer Experience: Ensure that all customers have a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience in line with OMNES’s values.
  5. Inventory Management: Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure accurate inventory management in collaboration with the operations team.
  6. Reporting: Provide regular reports on store performance, sales, and customer feedback to senior management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role.
  2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  5. Passion for sustainability and ethical fashion is a plus.

WHAT WE OFFER:

  1. Competitive salary and benefits package.
  2. Opportunity to work with a mission-driven company dedicated to making a positive impact on the fashion industry.
  3. Collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  4. Continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
