About the Team
This role sits within the Strategic Support Unit, which is a key part of our Communications Team. We provide vital administrative support to ensure smooth operations, by handling media enquiries, managing logistics and streamlining workflows. We are proactive in our approach, valuing agile and organised working to be ready to face the demands of a high-profile department.
The team is fast-paced, supportive and fun. We work collaboratively across the different aspects of communications (press, digital, events) in high-profile roles where our people are given ownership for their areas. Come and join us!
About the Job

You’ll be an experienced administrator with an eye for detail and a positive approach to problem solving. Your organisation skills will allow you to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines, and your communication skills are showcased in the way you interact confidently with a wide range of people. You’ll need to be proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with media monitoring tools.
