Senior Consultant - Hedge Fund Infrastructure

A well-known Multi Strat Hedge Fund is seeking an experienced professional working in the Compliance Advisory & Core Compliance space to join the team in London. The position has a strong focus on managing high-priority global projects as well as daily BAU, and candidates must have a proven track record of managing multiple projects at one time. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and is eager to work alongside senior management on impactful initiatives.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Providing expert guidance in compliance advisory while demonstrating core compliance proficiency across multiple projects.
• Running complex projects with efficiency and precision. You’ll be expected to speak the language of a project manager, taking charge of all aspects including:
• Managing project plans, workflows, and defining project pathways
• Scoping projects, setting clear goals, and delivering against timelines
• Engaging stakeholders and determining the necessary teams for successful execution
• Building and maintaining exceptional relationships with senior stakeholders. Your communication skills will be key to ensuring successful collaboration while managing expectations.
• The role demands a "doer" with an outstanding work ethic and the ability to operate efficiently under pressure. You’ll need to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality are met.
• Managing generalist compliance projects, new regulatory development, and overseeing compliance calls, ensuring that the team operates effectively under the guidance of senior leadership.

Applicants must have Advisory and Core Compliance experience within an Investment bank or Hedge fund and be able to demonstrate a strong track record of running projects efficiently and effectively. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is essential.
