Resilience Media is a new kind of media platform covering startups, security, and the defence of democracy. We operate at the intersection of innovation and geopolitics, tracking how technology, venture capital, and public policy shape the world’s most vital systems.

We’re a small, mission-driven team working at speed—and we’re looking for a sharp, entrepreneurial marketer to join us as our Program Manager, Marketing.

The Role

This is a hands-on, high-impact role. You’ll lead the charge on how we communicate, grow, and engage with our audience. That means writing our newsletters, managing our presence on LinkedIn, building partnerships, and amplifying the stories we tell across platforms.

You’ll work directly with two highly experienced founders to shape and execute a marketing strategy that reflects the urgency and ambition of our work.

What You’ll Be Doing

  1. Content Marketing: Help shape and drive editorial marketing campaigns across newsletters, social media, and partnerships
  2. Newsletter Writing: Assist with weekly newsletter content, including headlines, summaries, and reader hooks
  3. Social Media Management: Run our LinkedIn presence—posting regularly, engaging with the ecosystem, and growing our following
  4. Partnerships: Identify and manage outreach to aligned organisations, events, and platforms to build our reach and impact.
  5. Audience Growth: Use analytics and creative thinking to test ideas, track growth, and refine our approach

Qualifications

  • Someone with a strong interest in the intersection of media, technology, defence, and geopolitics
  • Experience with content marketing, social media, and email/newsletter platforms
  • Clear, punchy writing style and an eye for what resonates online
  • Interest in startups and venture capital is essential, and an interest in defence and resilience is a big plus
  • Comfortable in fast-moving, founder-led environments
  • Self-starter mindset—you like owning projects and figuring things out

The Deal

  • 6-month contract with potential to convert to full-time
  • Work closely with founders and a network of top-tier contributors and advisors who are industry veterans with extensive experience and networks
  • Remote, flexible working environment; on-site in London during Resilience Conference
