Job profile:

• Expertise in B2B Sales Processes: Experience in optimizing B2B sales processes, order management, and leading end-to-end sales transformation efforts to achieve strategic business goals.

• Expertise in Sales Enablement: Deep understanding of Sales enablement tools, training methodologies, and the latest trends in sales enablement and excellence.

• Sales Transformation: Demonstrated success in sales transformation initiatives, reengineering lead-to-order processes to drive significant growth, operational efficiency, and a sustainable competitive edge for clients.

• Go-to-Market Operating Model: Comprehension of operating models, specifically sales and go-to-market functions.

• Proficient in Advanced Data Analysis: Expertise in data analysis and insights.

• Collaboration Experience: Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams—including sales, marketing, and operations—to align lead-to-order processes with overarching business objectives, ensuring seamless and cohesive execution across departments.

• CRM Knowledge: Working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and understanding of how these systems integrate with ERP platforms to enhance sales operations is a plus.
