Change Management Consultant - Remote (UK/EU) - up to £80k

Our client, a global leader in providing innovative business solutions and consulting services, is looking for a Change Management Consultant to drive successful transformation initiatives.

Essential requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology (Master's preferred)
• Proven experience as a Change Management Consultant, focusing on GBS, Shared Services, Digitalisation, and Finance Transformation
• Familiarity with Change methodologies and tools (ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter, etc.)
• Strong project management skills, leading large-scale transformation projects
• Experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Experience in developing and delivering change management training programs
• Business development experience is a plus

What will you be doing?

• Develop and implement change management strategies for global business and shared services transformations.
• Lead change management initiatives for digitalisation and finance transformation projects, focusing on P2P and O2C processes.
• Conduct impact assessments, create stakeholder engagement plans, and monitor the effectiveness of initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide expert advice, and contribute to business development efforts.
