Change Management Consultant

About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Change Management Consultant to support our digital transformation initiatives within the justice and corrections sector. This role is integral to ensuring the successful implementation of new technologies, operational frameworks, and strategic change initiatives within correctional facilities and related institutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of change management principles and methodologies, particularly in high-security and government-regulated environments. The consultant must be fluent in both Arabic and English to support diverse teams and stakeholders across different regions.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and implement change management strategies tailored to the justice and corrections sector, ensuring seamless adoption of Unilink's digital solutions.
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders, including government agencies, correctional staff, and facility administrators.
- Design and deliver communication plans, training programs, and support materials to drive engagement and ensure smooth technology adoption.
- Collaborate with leadership teams and public sector clients to embed change management best practices into digital transformation initiatives.
- Provide coaching and support to correctional staff and other stakeholders to facilitate the transition to new technologies and operational processes.
- Measure and track the success of change initiatives, gathering feedback to refine strategies for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, project management, and policy experts, to align business goals with change initiatives.
- Ensure all change management activities align with industry regulations, security standards, and best practices.
- Communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking and English-speaking clients, teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and success in regional implementations.
Qualifications, Competencies & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or digital transformation, preferably in the justice, corrections, or public sector.
- Certification in Change Management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter’s Change Model) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools within secure, high-regulation environments.
- Experience with the implementation of digital solutions in correctional institutions or government agencies is a significant advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, particularly within public sector organizations.
- Experience working in multicultural environments, particularly in the Middle East.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to evolving business needs.
