Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Care Manager role located in Walsall. The Care Manager will be responsible for case management, training, elder care, social services, and medicine within Gorway House.
Qualifications
- Case Management and Training skills
- Elder Care and Social Services experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Experience in a similar role in a healthcare setting
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
- Or an NVQ level 5 in leadership and care.
