Head of Marketing

Salary: Up to £65k DOE

Full Time: Permanent

We're looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Marketing to spearhead our client’s marketing strategy at a rapidly expanding technology firm in Cheshire. As Head of Marketing, you'll have full ownership of their marketing efforts, with the chance to establish and refine them from the ground up. Your role will involve driving brand awareness, enhancing customer engagement, and generating leads across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy aligned with company goals and vision.
  • Create data-driven marketing plans to boost brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
  • Drive lead generation and web traffic through strategic digital and traditional campaigns.
  • Oversee content strategy and production, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
  • Use analytics to optimize campaign performance and refine marketing tactics.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance customer retention, loyalty, and repeat business.
  • Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitors to stay ahead of industry shifts.
  • Lead bold, creative campaigns that strengthen brand presence and deliver results.
  • Plan and manage marketing events, product launches, and key campaigns effectively.

Key Skills:

  • Extensive marketing experience, ideally in the technology, Saas, or b2b sectors, with a hands-on approach.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing high-impact marketing strategies.
  • Ability to balance big-picture strategy with hands-on campaign execution.
  • Expertise in brand identity management and creating cohesive, multi-channel strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills, using data to drive decisions and optimize performance.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to convey marketing strategies to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media.
