We are relaunching our London café following an exciting renovation. Multiple full-time roles are available at The Monocle Café in the heart of Marylebone.

About the role

The Monocle Café is an intimate and bustling space located on Marylebone’s Chiltern Street. Offering artisanal coffee and tasty treats, alongside a selection of our famed magazines and retail offerings, it’s a welcoming space, showcasing our passion for hospitality.

We are seeking passionate and experienced hospitality professionals to join our team, with proven experience working as part of a busy team, to provide excellent service and a welcoming environment.

The successful candidates will be responsible for:

1. Developing a thorough understanding of our menu items and products, preparing a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and coffees
2. Providing exceptional customer service and effectively handling any customer feedback
3. Ensuring that cleanliness and hygiene standards are met, as well as correct maintenance of café equipment
4. Accurately processing customer orders and payments
5. Supporting with planning and delivering café events

Our café is open from 07.00 to 19.00, seven days a week. We offer a range of great benefits, including:
