Duties and responsibilities related to the Security Supervisor role

• Oversee day-to-day security operations, including access control, patrols, and emergency response procedures.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the security team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify security vulnerabilities and mitigate risks.
• Enforce security policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments, such as front desk, housekeeping, and facilities, to address security-related issues.

About you

Previous experience in a hotel security role and possession of a SIA licence is essential. You will have strong leadership and communication skills.
