Duties and responsibilities related to the Senior Security Supervisor role

• Lead and oversee the daily security operations, including managing access control, coordinating patrols, and ensuring effective emergency response procedures.
• Lead the team during emergencies such as fires, evacuations, or medical incidents, ensuring the hotel’s emergency procedures are followed, and coordinating with relevant departments.
• Regularly review and update security protocols to align with best practices and legal requirements.
• Ensure the department and teams undertake the monthly compliance and system checks.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments, such as front desk, housekeeping, and facilities, to address security-related issues.

About you

Previous experience in a hotel security role and possession of a SIA licence is essential. You will have strong leadership and communication skills.
