Our client, the UK's sole provider of an award winning reading programme is adding to their marketing team. Due to exciting growth plans we are looking to add a Digital Marketing Executive to their team.

A people-person, you will be a great communicator with an eye for detail for creative content. As the Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in developing and executing email marketing campaigns, optimising digital engagement, and enhancing the customer journey. This role requires a strong understanding of email marketing platforms, audience segmentation, and digital marketing best practices to drive lead generation, customer retention and brand awareness.

The position will include:

1. Design and create compelling digital marketing content.
2. Develop and manage targeted email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, leads, and renewals.
3. Create and manage email marketing campaigns.
4. Maintain and update website content using the CMS, ensuring messaging consistency and usability.
5. Monitor and report on email marketing KPIs, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
6. Implement and manage paid digital advertising campaigns, including PPC, retargeting, and paid social media.
7. Manage the email marketing automation platform, ensuring workflows, triggers, and journeys are aligned with customer touchpoints.

You will require to have the following skills:

1. Proven experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.
2. Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar).
3. Experience in digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
4. Familiarity with SEO best practices and website content management systems.
5. Experience within the education sector or working with schools is a plus.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
