What you’ll be doing:
In this critical role, you will take the helm of our marketing efforts, steering the Exams Ninja brand towards accelerated growth and visibility. Your responsibilities will include:
- Marketing Plan Execution: Craft and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to effectively promote the Exams Ninja brand and increase website traffic, with support from the Marketing Director.
- Build Awesome Conversion Funnels: Design and refine marketing funnels to boost registrations, convert free users to paid subscribers, and encourage existing users to explore additional services like courses and tutoring.
- Budget Management: You’ll be in control of a 5-figure marketing budget.
- Campaign Management: Create, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies based on performance data.
- Content Strategy: Generate innovative content marketing ideas and collaborate with the content team to bring these concepts to life.
- Analytics and Reporting: Develop dashboards to track key marketing metrics and user insights, providing regular reports to guide future marketing efforts.
The Skills & Experience you’ll need:
To thrive in this role at Exams Ninja, you should bring a robust set of skills and experiences that will drive our marketing strategies and enhance our brand presence. Specifically, we are looking for:
- Industry Experience: Minimum of 3 years working in the education sector with a focus on B2C SaaS products or online education, demonstrating a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in educational technology.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with experience in: Email marketing, Paid advertising, Conversion rate optimisation.
- Analytical Thinking: Highly curious and experimental mindset geared towards a "test and learn" approach, essential for optimizing marketing strategies.
- Funnel Mastery: Strong grasp of marketing funnels and customer conversion strategies, from awareness to purchase.
- Proactivity: A self-starter attitude, known as a “doer” who can initiate and complete projects with minimal supervision. However, you will get support from our friendly team!
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with WordPress and an understanding of web design principles to oversee website updates and improvements.

Summary:
Pay:£30,000 - £45,000 per year (OTE) based on experience

- 28 days of annual leave (increasing to 33 Days in 5 Year)
- Enhanced Paternity Leave - 6 weeks at 90%
Location: Remote (5 days from home) with one in-person team bonding & training day per month in Oxfordshire (lunch included!)
