Are you someone who is IT literate with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel?

Do you have the ability to problem solve and have excellent numeracy skills?

Our client, based in Warwickshire, is a leading business providing consumer products and services. They are now seeking a Data Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis working Monday-Friday. The ideal candidate would have previous experience with data entry using specifically Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level and producing & analysing statistics through reports. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business who can offer a great working environment with a close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of client data ensuring the internal database is up to date, including updating client price files.
  • Produce statistics and reports based on data provided.
  • Investigate and support with regards to product pricing.
  • Have a good understanding of how the portal works when clients are ordering products.
  • Provide support to the wider administration team.
  • Managing the workload of direct reports, ensuring they are meeting deadlines and time-sensitive projects are accomplished.
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience working in administration within a B2B business.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft applications, especially Excel.
  • Excellent numeracy skills.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to work with statistics and produce reports.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Be a great team player and be proactive in your approach to work.
