We are now seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Dundee-based team, providing excellent support to our account customers.

Role Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring they have a smooth and satisfying experience with our brands. This role is office-based in Dundee, where you’ll work alongside a driven and friendly team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
2. Resolve customer issues, including processing returns and exchanges
3. Provide product information and support to account customers
4. Manage customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely fulfilment
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using Microsoft Word and Excel
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met

What We're Looking For:

1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
2. Competent computer skills, particularly in Word and Excel
3. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
4. A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering top-notch service
5. Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team environment
6. Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not essential
