About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our client’s customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving account-related questions or complaints. Your role will involve actively listening to customers and leveraging your customer service experience to meet their needs and deliver a world-class experience.
- Answer inbound calls from customers/clients regarding their accounts (average of 40 to 50 calls daily).
- Respond to customer inquiries using information learned during training and available resources.
- Identify customer needs to provide complete and accurate information.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints and difficult situations.
- Process required transactions via web-based applications.
- Submit research requests concisely and accurately.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of company and client programs, policies, and technology.
- Communicate effectively in a warm and empathetic manner.
- Adhere to confidentiality requirements and laws.
- Provide support during heavy workloads or absences.
Qualifications

- Consistent attendance and ability to meet the work schedule.
- Successful completion of Conduent's 3-to-6-week new hire paid training program.

Required Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum six months of experience in call center or customer service.
- Customer service experience.
- Working knowledge of computer applications.
- Ability to pass a background check, credit check, and security clearance.
- Compliance with camera requirements during meetings and training.
- Verified internet service and dedicated work area.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of previous call center experience.
- Flexibility to work any 8-hour shift during business hours.
- Business hours: Monday – Sunday, 24/7.
- Hourly rate of $14.00 starting on day one.
- Shift differential of $1.00 per hour.
- Incentive Plan for additional earnings based on metrics.
- Paid training scheduled Monday-Friday.
