About You
If you are a well organised individual with excellent customer service skills and with a willingness to learn broadband technology, then this could be the role for you!

Please note this role is based in our Kings Hill office Monday-Friday.

The Role

As a Service Activation Assistant, you will manage our resellers (service providers) through their service activation journey from the point of order to their broadband service going live. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and efficient activation of services for new and existing resellers.

Further Responsibilities Are
  • Managing reseller relationships through various means; including phone calls and emails.
  • Sending and tracking our standard communications with resellers to keep them up to date on their orders.
  • Planning, organising and evaluating surveys, costings and civils works.
  • Using remote access software to activate FTTP connections.
  • You will be expected to have a good level of IT literacy and be able to learn new software systems quickly.
Skills And Experience
  • Exceptional communication skills - verbal, written etc.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to prioritise and multi-task.
  • Strong IT Literacy.
  • Analytical ability and logical thinker.
  • A willingness to learn Broadband technology.
Qualifications
  • GCSE grade 4-9 in English and Maths.
