Aquent is on the lookout for an experienced creative strategist in paid media to join an amazing company which curates bold, contemporary artwork, making it easy for art lovers to discover and collect unique prints from emerging artists. With a focus on high-quality design and creative expression, they bridge the gap between independent artists and modern interiors. To craft attention-grabbing, high-performing content for paid social campaigns. This role is all about big ideas, rapid execution, and a strong commercial mindset—turning audience insights into compelling creatives that drive sales.

Your Role

You’ll take ownership of the paid content strategy, ensuring ad scripts, videos, and visuals are optimized for maximum performance across Meta and TikTok.

What We’re Looking For

  • A creative powerhouse who can generate multiple ad concepts in one session and thrives on testing new formats.
  • A commercial thinker who understands what makes people stop scrolling, engage, and purchase.
  • Strong instinct for performance—you don’t need to be buried in data, but you know when an ad is hitting the mark and why.
  • Experience working with Meta and TikTok Ads, with a solid grasp of what performs best on each platform. Experience in Pinterest or Google is a plus.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, iterative environments where speed, creativity, and testing are key.
  • Hands-on and resourceful—not afraid to shoot quick content ideas with an iPhone to test raw, fast-executed concepts.
  • A deep research mindset—regularly exploring ad libraries, social platforms, and emerging trends to inspire future campaigns.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute a content strategy focused on driving conversions.
  • Lead ideation and creative direction, ensuring ad concepts align with best-performing strategies.
  • Test, analyze, and refine creatives based on performance insights.
  • Run creative sprints, rapidly developing new ideas and working with editors to bring them to life.
  • Collaborate closely with performance marketers to optimize content based on sales trends.
  • Stay ahead of the competition by benchmarking against top-performing ads and applying key learnings.
  • Immerse yourself in social trends and ad performance data to fuel ongoing creative innovation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Meta & TikTok Ads, with a strong understanding of how to optimize creatives for each platform.
  • 2+ years in a performance-driven creative role (DTC brands, media agencies, or paid social teams preferred).
  • Commercially focused—ideas should always be built with performance and conversions in mind, not just aesthetics.
  • Strong intuition for ad performance—can assess results and tweak creatives accordingly (without needing advanced analytics skills).
  • Basic editing knowledge (CapCut, Premiere, or Figma) to efficiently collaborate with editors.
