Contracts Manager - Facilities Management
Location: Edinburgh

Are you an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in Facilities Management? Do you have a proven track record of successfully managing contracts, ensuring compliance, and delivering high-quality services? If so, we want to hear from you!

About the Role:

FM Search & Select Ltd are seeking a dynamic and proactive Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of facilities management services across multiple sites in Edinburgh. You will be responsible for ensuring contractual obligations are met, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and oversee FM contracts, ensuring services are delivered to the highest standards.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  3. Ensure compliance with all contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  4. Lead and support operational teams, driving performance and service improvements.
  5. Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
  6. Identify opportunities for contract growth and service enhancements.
  7. Conduct regular site visits, audits, and performance reviews.
  8. Ensure health and safety compliance across all operations.

Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the Facilities Management sector.
  2. Strong understanding of hard FM services.
  3. Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  4. Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
  5. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  7. Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
  8. Full UK driving licence preferred.
